I'm Brian — I have a day job in tech, but I'm a sawmill operator by choice. I run Independent Sawmill out of my property in Caledonia, MI, milling logs for homeowners, woodworkers, builders, and anyone with a tree that deserves a second life as lumber.

This isn't a big commercial operation — it's a hands-on, one-person mill focused on quality cuts and honest service. Whether you've got a storm-downed oak or a stack of logs from a land clearing, I'll turn them into usable lumber.
